I ordered this sillbird building set thinking it would be a easy, fun project, and for the most part it did match what was shown online. The main colors and bigger pieces were right, so I can’t say it was totally misleading or anything.
That said, a few pieces felt cheaper than I expected, and the whole thing seemed a bit smaller than it looked in the photos. It was still usable, but I got more stressed than I thought I would trying to figure out if I got the right set or if something was off.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I really want to keep using this app, but lately it’s been super buggy. It freezes a lot, and half the time it won’t even load my orders. I still like the brand, which makes it even more annoying, because the app experience is making it harder to stick with them.

I was disappointed with this. It looked really cool online, and after checking my order email and receipt, I kept thinking it should’ve felt a lot better for the price. The parts feel kind of cheap, and the instructions weren’t as helpful as I expected. If it were a lot less expensive, maybe I’d feel differently, but for what I paid, I wouldn’t buy it again...

Putting this together took me a bit longer than I expected. The instructions were decent, but a few steps weren’t super clear, so I ended up doing the usual shortcut of looking at the pictures and guessing where things should go. Got there in the end though, and once it was finished, it worked just fine.

I needed some replacement parts and support was able to help me get it sorted out, which I appreciated. From my experience, the main downside was the timing—responses took a bit longer than expected, and the shipping wasn’t as quick as I’d hoped. It worked out in the end, but the wait made the process feel slower than it needed to be

I had a hard time figuring out the steps because the instructions weren’t very clear. It made me question the overall quality a bit, since I wasn’t sure if I was doing things right or if something was missing...

The order itself was fine, no real issues there, but the shipping took way too long. It arrived much later than I expected, and the tracking updates were unclear too, like I kept checking and checking but didn’t really know what was going on.

I had to return my order and it went sorta smoothly. Support got back to me fast, and the refund showed up after a few days. Really wasn’t much of a hassle...

I got this Sillbird kit for my kid, the build itself was fun. We didn’t run into any major problems putting it together, but a few of the pieces felt lighter and a little cheaper than I expected.
After a few weeks, a couple parts started getting loose and one small connector cracked. It still works, so it’s not a total loss, but I did reach out about it and kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. For the price, it’s decent, but I wouldn’t expect it to hold up for years.

I liked the overall ideas and some of the designs were really fun and creative. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no big issues either. I guess I was expecting a little more variety, because a few parts started to feel kind of similar after a while. Still a good experience overall, just not quite as fresh as I thought it would be

One of the pieces was missing when my order arrived, so I reached out to customer service. They did get it sorted fast, which I appreciated, but the whole exchange felt a little dismissive, like it was just something they wanted to move past quickly rather than actually acknowledge.

I got this sillbird set for my son, and I’ve been surprised by how good the battery life is.
He usually plays with it after school for a decent amount of time, and we don’t have to plug it in after every use, which is a nice change. Charging it is simple too, so there’s not much hassle there.

I expected it to drain quickly like a lot of other toys we’ve had, but it’s held up really well so far. Has anyone else noticed the battery lasting longer than they expected? Definitely happy with it, 5 stars from me...

The quality is okay, but not amazing it felt to me. Some of the pieces were kind of cheap feeling, and a few didn’t snap together as tight as I thought they would. The instructions also, in a couple spots, were a little confusing.

My kid still had fun putting it together, and once it was done it looked nice. For the price, it’s not a bad set, just not one I’d call super great or anything.

The box showed up in good shape, which was nice to see. One corner had a small dent, but everything inside was packed well and nothing was broken or missing. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

I ordered from Sillbird and the tracking was no help at all. It just sat on the same status for days, then out of nowhere the package showed up with almost no updates in between. I tried reaching out, but it felt like there was no real human contact, just generic replies telling me to wait. The item itself was fine once it arrived, but the shipping experience was way more stressful than it needed to be

I bought this because it said 8+, but my 9-year-old needed help pretty much the entire time. The pieces were really tiny, and some of the instructions didn’t make it clear what to do next, so we kept having to stop and figure it out together. It felt like it would be better for older kids, not the age listed

i bought this as a gift, and it just didn’t feel very gift-worthy. the box was plain, and the whole thing looked cheaper than i was expecting. it felt a little awkward handing it over because it didn’t look special at all. maybe it’s fine if you’re buying it for yourself, but i probably wouldn’t order from here again for a present.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the remote has been super easy to use and I haven’t noticed any lag at all. I saw a few other people mention the same thing in reviews, and now I get why, it really does work better than I expected.
